偏 is a JLPT N1 kanji meaning partial, side, left-side radical, written with 11 strokes. It is read ヘン (on) and かたよる (kun). It is one of the jōyō kanji taught in secondary school. You will see it in 偏見 (へんけん, prejudice) and 偏 (へん, left-hand radical of a character).
On'yomi: from Chinese, written in katakana. Used in compound words.
