恵 is a JLPT N1 kanji meaning favor, blessing, grace, written with 10 strokes. It is read ケイ, エ (on) and めぐむ, めぐみ (kun). It is one of the jōyō kanji taught in secondary school. You will see it in 知恵 (ちえ, wisdom) and 恩恵 (おんけい, grace).
