敷 is a JLPT N1 kanji meaning spread, pave, sit, written with 15 strokes. It is read フ (on) and しく (kun). It is one of the jōyō kanji taught in secondary school. You will see it in 敷地 (しきち, site) and 座敷 (ざしき, tatami room).
