浮 is a JLPT N3 kanji meaning floating, float, rise to surface, written with 10 strokes. It is read フ (on) and うく, うかれる, うかぶ (kun). It is one of the jōyō kanji taught in secondary school. You will see it in 浮かべる (うかべる, to float) and 浮気 (うわき, extramarital sex).
