濯 is a JLPT N2 kanji meaning laundry, wash, pour on, written with 17 strokes. It is read タク (on) and すすぐ, ゆすぐ (kun). It is one of the jōyō kanji taught in secondary school. You will see it in 洗濯 (せんたく, washing) and 濯ぐ (すすぐ, to rinse).
