導 is a JLPT N2 kanji meaning guidance, leading, conduct, written with 15 strokes. It is read ドウ (on) and みちびく (kun). Children in Japan learn it in grade 5. You will see it in 指導 (しどう, guidance) and 導入 (どうにゅう, introduction).
On'yomi: from Chinese, written in katakana. Used in compound words.
