慣 is a JLPT N3 kanji meaning accustomed, get used to, become experienced, written with 14 strokes. It is read カン (on) and なれる, ならす (kun). Children in Japan learn it in grade 5. You will see it in 習慣 (しゅうかん, habit) and 慣れる (なれる, to get used to).
