積 is a JLPT N3 kanji meaning volume, product (x*y), acreage, written with 16 strokes. It is read セキ (on) and つむ, つもる, つもり (kun). Children in Japan learn it in grade 4. You will see it in 積極的 (せっきょくてき, positive) and 積もり (つもり, intention).
