袖 is a JLPT N3 kanji meaning sleeve, wing (building), extension, written with 10 strokes. It is read シュウ (on) and そで (kun). It is one of the jōyō kanji taught in secondary school. You will see it in 袖 (そで, sleeve) and 領袖 (りょうしゅう, leader).
