迷 is a JLPT N3 kanji meaning astray, be perplexed, in doubt, written with 9 strokes. It is read メイ (on) and まよう (kun). Children in Japan learn it in grade 5. You will see it in 迷惑 (めいわく, trouble) and 迷子 (まいご, lost child).
